Gaming Associates Certification

As an internationally recognized Accredited Testing Facility (ATF), Gaming Associates offer a full range of testing and consultation services for Terrestrial (traditional / land-based) and Interactive-based gaming, wagering, lottery, e-Commerce and information technology industries, to ensure that gaming operates in a manner that is fair, secure, and auditable.

Gaming Associates' laboratories provide fully independent and impartial testing, consultation and certifications for industry operators, suppliers, and regulators. Gaming Associates analyse system software and equipment, and operating environments, against manufacturer' specifications, legislative and regulatory requirements, and/or to generally accepted or best-practice industry standards. They also provide active monitoring and analysis to operators and regulators, which provide active on-going certification of continued fair and legal operations. 

Certification of Evaluation for Random Number Generator & Associated Components

Pseudo random number generator

The pseudo random number generator (pRNG), scaling, and shuffling algorithms used to produce outcomes for casino games are components of Bodog Casino  gaming system. The pRNG and related components have been evaluated by Gaming Associates against compliance requirements of Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC), Antigua & Barbuda. At the time of evaluation, the pRNG is being used to provide random numbers for producing outcomes for casino games.

The evaluation comprising statistical testing and code inspection found that:

• the pRNG generated results which were uniformly distributed and statistically independent; and
• the scaled numbers for producing outcomes of the following types of games were fair and not
  predictable:
  • Australian Slots
    
  • Video Slots
  • Card games
  • Video Poker (Single, Multi Hand)
  • Roulette
  • Craps
  • Bingo

The Bodog Casino pRNG software has been finger printed to enable on-going verification that the pRNG in use is identical to the pRNG evaluated.
